Trump Finishes Sunday Shows & Spazzes Into Twitter Meltdown

In case you were wondering just how much President Donald Trump’s southern border wall project really is all about his ego — here’s a confirmation for you. This weekend, as countless substantive challenges faced the U.S. and world, Trump took to Twitter to whine about media coverage of his “big, beautiful wall.” He complained about very basic reporting, which he called “fake news,” that a big portion of the wall (which isn’t even really a wall in the traditional sense) recently fell over.

It’s not fake news or some kind of conspiracy! It really happened! You can go see the spot where it happened. Trump, as president of the United States, is just lost in his egomania.

He tweeted:

‘Last week the Fake News said that a section of our powerful, under construction, Southern Border Wall “fell over”, trying to make it sound terrible, except the reason was that the concrete foundation was just poured & soaking wet when big winds kicked in. Quickly fixed “forever”.’

What does he want them to say? That the big beautiful wall put up by the grand glorious Trump shifted a little bit but now is all back to normal in the wonderful kingdom of Donald Trump? A piece of the wall fell over! That’s the news! He’s the president of the United States and having a hissy fit about mundane coverage of basic, documented, tangible reality.

That does not bode well for the entirety of the rest of his administration.
