Trump Embarrasses Himself During Taj Mahal Visit

It is ironic that Donald Trump visited the “monument of love,” the Taj Mahal with his wife, First Lady Melania Trump. He lives in a world of hatred and chaos in the US. There is even some question of whether he can experience love under any circumstances.

The Taj Mahal was their second stop in the whirlwind, 36-hour official visit. Although, the president owns more high-end real estate in India than any country other than America.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was there to greet Trump along with tens of thousands of Indians. India is the second-largest democracy after the United States. In the northern city of Agra, he was met by “dancers dressed as peacocks and horses.”

After that, the Trumps went to see the iconic white marble mausoleum. Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built the structure in honor of the queen Mumtaz Mahal in the 17th century. The Taj Mahal is considered to be “the greatest architectural achievement in the whole range of Indo-Islamic architecture:”

‘[W]ith construction starting in 1632 AD and completed in 1648 AD, with the mosque, the guest house and the main gateway on the south, the outer courtyard and its cloisters were added subsequently and completed in 1653 AD. The existence of several historical and Quaranic inscriptions in Arabic script have facilitated setting the chronology of Taj Mahal. For its construction, masons, stone-cutters, inlayers, carvers, painters, calligraphers, dome builders and other artisans were requisitioned from the whole of the empire and also from the Central Asia and Iran. Ustad-Ahmad Lahori was the main architect of the Taj Mahal.’

Trump named his gambling casino after this “Taj Mahal,” then it went bankrupt — twice.

‘The property first went bankrupt in 2009, just a few days after both Donald and Ivanka resigned from the board, citing “internal turmoil” due to the casino’s poor financial performance.’

‘Of course, the Trumps were still debt holders in the company and had a say in the bankruptcy proceedings. To make a long story short, two plans were presented to the court. One, championed by Icahn, would clear the company’s balance sheet of $334 million in debt. Then the company would spend $15 million rebranding the casinos.’

If as numerous psychologists have claimed the man in the Oval Office has a narcissistic personality disorder, then he cannot experience love as most people think of it. The Psychology Today magazine noted:

‘It is actually highly unlikely that your narcissistic partner is even capable of real love, let alone feels it towards you past the beginning of your relationship. People with narcissistic personality disorder are not equipped to experience and show love in the sense that most of us mean it.  The narcissists that I know lack the capacity to deeply appreciate the authentic self of another human being.  They do not really care about their mate’s happiness or welfare except as it affects their own. And, they are rarely willing to sacrifice anything in order to make their mate happy. The only happiness that they are really concerned about is their own.’
