Donald Trump has been sitting on the sidelines giving commentary on the Democratic primaries. He appears to believe that he can have some control over the outcomes. His biggest mistakes are that he thinks he is smarter than Democrats, and he lives in a fantasy world.
After most of the votes were counted Tuesday night, POTUS decided to weigh in again. Instead of focusing on getting a handle on the coronavirus tests out (COVID-19) to attempt to contain the epidemic strategy, he was frittering away his Twitter time.
That did not stop the states from taking up the gauntlet. A consistent federal protocol would have been best, but there is no time to wait. New York Mayor Andrew Cuomo closed off a one-mile circle hotspot just north of New York City. People can move within the area, but no group meetings, such as church.
Experts in epidemics/pandemics sent out the call to prepare the states. They need equipment and space. Otherwise, there will be a moment when the emergency rooms (ER) become overwhelmed — very soon. States are setting up testing areas away from doctors’ offices and ER’s, because one person with coronavirus can put 100 medical professionals in self-quarantine for two weeks.
The Center for Disease and Control Prevention (CDC) sent out a warning that Trump took off:
‘People 60 and over do not fly.’
Those of that certain age and older plus those with immune disorders should remain self-quarantined, too. It is a good time for everyone to stay three to six feet away from other individuals, wash their hands with soap and water as if they had just shaken hands with POTUS, and avoid groups of over 10 individuals.
Trump twiddled away in his bedroom living in his pretend world and tweeting:
‘Pocahontas, working in conjunction with the Democrat Party, totally destroyed the campaign of Bernie Sanders. If she would have quit 3 days earlier, Sanders would have beaten Biden in a route, it wouldn’t even have been close. They also got two other losers to support Sleepy Joe!’
‘THANK YOU IDAHO! #KAG2020”
