Donald Trump is used to being embarrassed, in fact, he would be living in a constant state of embarrassment if he was capable of being aware of his surrounding in the slightest. He probably lies in bed at night thinking about what he should have said to top the liberals, which could be why his morning tweets are so angry.
Trump was holding his typical daily coronavirus briefing on Monday when he was caught in a lie by PBS reporter Yamiche Alcindor. It all started when Trump claimed that he hasn’t left the White House in months, which was a lie.
Alcindor reminded the president:
“You held rallies in February and March.”
“Oh, I don’t know about rallies. I really don’t know about rallies. I know one thing: I haven’t left the White House in months, except for a brief moment to give a wonderful ship, the Comfort—”
“You held a rally in March, in North Carolina.”
Trump snapped back, saying:
“Did I hold a rally? I held a rally! I’m sorry! I hold a rally. Did I hold a rally?”
Trump did, in fact, hold a rally in North Carolina March 2nd, which shuts down Trump’s previous rant about Nancy Pelosi caring less about the virus than he does because she, like every other government official, is sheltering in place at their homes.

Trump’s sarcastic response didn’t fall on deaf ears, and people responding to Rupar’s tweet above had a lot to say about Trump’s behavior. You can see the best reactions below:
