Over 68,000 Americans have died in the coronavirus pandemic, but Donald Trump insisted that he was “getting great reviews.” That would be the entire population of these cities wiped out in less than two months: Newport Beach, CA; Bloomington, IN; Waterloo, IA; and Mount Vernon, NY.
Still, Trump has been patting himself on the back for his job on the COVID-19 pandemic. This was the man who called the illness “a hoax.” Then, he said there were 15 diagnosed with coronavirus, and it would go away “like a miracle.” Next, he said it would disappear with the warm weather.
The president indicated that “people are really working well together,” but he spoke more about big businesses than those afflicted with. this terrible disease and their families:
‘Getting great reviews, finally, for how well we are handling the pandemic, especially our strong production of desperately needed ventilators, the building of field hospitals & beds, and soon, the great things we are doing on testing. People are really working well together!’
Next, the president endorsed a candidate running against one of his enemies, Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN):
‘And I’m Endorsing you also Lacy, you truly deserve it. You are doing a great job, and Omar is a disaster who wants much higher taxes, hates our Military & our Vets, demands Open Borders, and is fighting to take away our great 2nd Amendment. Good luck Lacy!’

POTUS was referring to candidate Lacy Johnson’s tweet:
‘I’m running against Ilhan Omar. I’m humbled the GOP endorsed me by receiving 90% of the vote I will win the primary and look forward to defeating Ilhan in Nov. 2020. Please retweet, follow me, and if able, please contribute to my campaign.’
Twitter world went wild after Trump’s words rang untrue. Check out what people had to say below:
