The president’s top virulency expert will be testifying before the Senate today. Dr. Anthony Fauci was quoted on MSNBC ‘s Morning Joe as saying that if the country opened up prematurely, that will cause “needless suffering and death.”
The president lied his way through a rash of bad news about America’s 81.491 coronavirus deaths and 1.38 confirmed cases. This time, though, his crooked words did not soothe the people. Instead, when it meant potential death for their families, Americans wanted the facts.
Clearly, Trump’s actions were on trial, because like the other times when he was most concerned, his tweets overflowed the president’s bed, then his bedroom, then the private quarters, and finally the White House. They are what will win over him in the end. He tweeted:
