Being president of these United States is not much fun this week. Nearly 100,000 people have died, and up to 40 million people filed for unemployment. That made Oxford Economics forecast an embarrassing loss for Donald Trump in November. Actor Julia Roberts was thrilled not just a little, to interview Dr. Fauci instead of him. Then, it got worse.

Thursday, the president held a Cabinet meeting and opened it up to reporters. One of them had the nerve to ask him about “per capita.” Trump should have called him “rude” as he did to a female reporter yesterday, but he did not. Instead, POTUS appeared confused by the term and tried to blow it off. He failed.

Per capita is a Latin term meaning for each head or person, and to answer this question about how Trump “made it through elementary school?” Millions and millions and millions of dollars:

‘Trump: “When you say per capita, there’s many per capitas. Is this like per capita relative to what?” How did this guy made it through elementary school?

During the press Q and A, Trump tried to defend the White House’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic. His argument was that the nation’s infection and death totals were better than other countries on a per-capita basis.

Unfortunately, he came up with nothing good when he tried to respond to a slightly probing question from one reporter:

‘And you know when you say ‘per capita,’ there’s many per capita. It’s like, per capita relative to what? But you can look at just about any category and we’re really at the top, meaning positive, on a per capita basis too.’

Twitter world had a lot of fun at the president’s expense below:
