Trump Panic Calls Fox News Live & Demands Biden Drop Out

On Thursday, President Donald Trump appeared on Fox Radio for an interview, and he dished out a whole bunch of nonsense, further confirming, it seems, that he plans to rely on this nonsense all the way up until the election. That’s his re-election platform — nonsense. Among other points, Trump claimed that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden should drop out of the presidential race because of the unfounded corruption allegations against the Bidens that Trump’s cronies have been pushing. A report released by Senate Republicans just this week failed to confirm that the Biden family financial relationships in question had any impact whatsoever on U.S. foreign policy, as Trump previously alleged.

Trump said:

‘I look at Hunter Biden, where he stole millions of dollars. Stole millions! His father should leave the campaign, because his father was in on it, his father knew everything — far more than we thought in Ukraine, far more than we thought in China, and now other countries are added. Look at what’s going on! The newspapers don’t even want to write about it, except the New York Post has it on the front page, which is great — good old New York Post is great. They should get the Pulitzer.’

Trump is lying. Hunter Biden did not “steal millions of dollars,” and his father — Joe Biden — did not “know everything.” Hunter Biden had globe-spanning financial/ business entanglements, and these entanglements had no documented impact on the foreign policy of the U.S. while Joe Biden was vice president. These are the facts.

Meanwhile, Trump also claimed that ballots that had “Trump written on them” were found in a garbage can, and he tried to present this dubiously characterized anecdote as evidence that mail-in ballots are a “horror show.” He couldn’t even name the state where this apparent incident took place — he said it happened in a “certain state” — and he struggled on other basic facts too. Voters don’t generally write the names of the candidates they’re voting for on their ballots; they fill in bubbles or maybe boxes, although yes, discarded ballots were recently discovered that had been filled out to support Trump.

Still, the fact that a ballot happened to be thrown in with trash (or something along those lines) does not, in any respect, mean that there was some kind of fraud. Maybe the voters messed up their choices and wanted to request new ballots. If that happened — then voila, no fraud. A press release about the issue from the Justice Department doesn’t have a lot of details, and it certainly doesn’t have evidence of a conspiracy.
