Trump dislikes the FBI, probably because it does not bend to his will. These dedicated professionals have saved democracy in rather spectacular ways. FBI Director Christopher Wray may be the last government leader who is not embroiled in the president’s web of disillusion, defeatism, and rage. Director Wray released a video about protecting us as POTUS encourages homegrown terrorists. The threat continues.
Trump speaks to self-described militias like the ones that plotted to kidnap, try, and hang Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D). He commanded they go “to watch” the elections aka intimidate and suppress voters.
Wray said that the FBI is committed to protecting Americans’ right to vote in a fair and free election:
‘Rest assured…we’re not going to tolerate foreign interference in our elections or criminal activity that. threatens the sanctity of your vote or undermines public confidence in the outcome of the election.’
This but a piece of the terrorist plan. The alt-right men who were charged in kidnapping the governor were not done. They also talked about “taking” Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D). Do we see a pattern here?
The so-called militia went to court in Grand Rapid, Michigan for the alleged plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer. FBI Special Agent Richard Trask said some of these criminals met in Dublin, Ohio to talk about taking Northam. These pockets of homegrown terrorists use social media to link up in ways that never used to be possible. When they met in Dublin, terrorists from four to five states came to further finesse their plans.
Trask told the court state-mandated restrictions from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to halt the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, agitated these criminals, according to The Washington Post:
‘At this meeting they discussed possible targets, taking a sitting governor, specifically issues with the governors of Michigan and Virginia, based upon the lockdown orders.’
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit America’s shores, POTUS met with his family and made a cruel decision. Dump the pandemic onto the governors to solve. They felt only blue state governors had major outbreaks. The president’s son-in-law Jared Kushner suggested that they could get as many people sick with the virus as possible then dump the blame on Democratic governors. That might have been the impetus-gone-wild for the no-mask program.
POTUS tweeted, shouting in all caps that these blue states must be “liberated.” Basically, he was telling homegrown terrorists to capture their state capitols.
The group became more and more paranoid as their plot was closing in on action:
‘At one point, the accused collaborators scanned each other’s bodies for radio signals, to see if anyone was wearing a recording device, the agent said. While the scans turned up nothing, the group’s alleged plot was infiltrated by two informants and two undercover agents, Trask said.’
