In a scene from the new Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm, former mayor of New York City and current attorney for the actual president of the United States Rudy Giuliani is tricked by actor Sasha Baron Cohen and a woman posing as a reporter into going back to her hotel room. What follows is shown in a photo of Giuliani lying back on the bed with the woman standing in front of him while Giuliani has his hand down his waistband and into his pants. The former mayor has an explanation for the scene, but it’s absurdity is even funnier than the scene itself.
(1) The Borat video is a complete fabrication. I was tucking in my shirt after taking off the recording equipment.
At no time before, during, or after the interview was I ever inappropriate. If Sacha Baron Cohen implies otherwise he is a stone-cold liar.

Giuliani insists that he was “tucking in my shirt,” a story he repeated on Twitter after having said it earlier in the day, because the microphone cord had pulled his shirt up “in the back,” so he leaned back to tuck his shirt in. Of course, no one lies down to tuck in their shirt and if his shirt had been pulled out “in the back,” why would he need to stick his hand down the front of his pants to tuck it back in?
According to The Daily Beast: Giuliani said in a radio interview that:
‘I had to take off the electronic equipment. And when the electronic equipment came off, some of it was in the back and my shirt came a little out, although my clothes were entirely on. I leaned back, and I tucked my shirt in, and at that point, at that point, they have this picture they take which looks doctored, but in any event, I’m tucking my shirt in. I assure you that’s all I was doing.’
“Giuliani then lies down on the bed and starts sticking his hands down his pants in a suggestive manner”https://t.co/6HHbWCd5Mg

Apparently, Giuliani is not a fan of having his personal life blasted across social media and in films, the irony of which cannot be ignored after Giuliani released what he claims to be authentic emails from Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic candidate for president Joe Biden, as well as photos and a promised “sex tape” to come.
‘They’ll do anything. They’ve attacked me over everything possible, investigated every business dealing I’ve ever had. And now the idiot Borat is going after me with a totally sensationalized false account of a ridiculous movie I guess that he’s done.’

The president’s attorney also said that he’s being attacked for having released the contents of that laptop to the public, although the scene for the film was shot in July, a full three months before Giuliani convinced The New York Post to print the story without allowing for its independent verification by any other outlet.
‘Now let me tell you why I know this is a hit job that happens because, it’s not an accident that it happens that I turn in all this evidence on their prince and darling Joe Biden, who’s one of the biggest crooks in the last thirty years, and since I have the courage to say that, I’m the target.’
