Okay, time is up for people to not tip-toe around Donald Trump. He lost. If that truth is too difficult for his fragile ego to take, then he should never have started in politics. Did anyone comfort the babies the president yanked from their parents and caged? Did anyone give a little more time to those Americans gasping for their last coronavirus breath? He lost. He is a big loser. Suck it up and open the door to the winner President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. Tantrum time is over.
So what grift is the Donald hatching up now? He tweeted about a Georgia hand recount:
‘It took long enough! What is taking North Carolina so long? Are they looking for more ballots to fix that one also? Now with a recount, we will win Georgia also. Pennsylvania & Michigan wouldn’t let our Poll Watchers & Observers into counting rooms. Illegal!’
Russian immigrant Masha Gessen knows something about autocracies she wrote, The New Yorker reported:
‘Trump is trying to achieve an “autocratic breakthrough” and to discredit the election results that would end his rule. His chances of succeeding appear low, but it is important to state that the President of the United States is attempting to carry out a coup.’
Still sitting in the White House, Trump tweeted:
‘Big Jim is the greatest!’
The Wall Street Journal reported a White House official said:
‘[T]he President needs some time to process his defeat.’
The losing president said:
‘OK, I’ve seen enough. What’s going to happen to these guys (McCabe, Comey & the gang of treasonous thugs)?@SenJohnKennedy @MariaBartiromo @TheJusticeDept
They, and many others, got caught. DO SOMETHING!!!’
The New Yorker added:
‘I’m assuming he was under pressure from the White House to do something, and he wants to remain, I think he’s just doing the minimum to comply with Trump, but not actually doing anything. I think it’s theatre more than reality.’
POTUS is still pretending he won:
‘From 200,000 votes to less than 10,000 votes. If we can audit the total votes cast, we will easily win Arizona also!’
