President Barck Obama is such a class act. He did not seem to be around after he left office. Oh, sure, he showed up doing a virtual fundraiser with George Clooney as Reuters reported and parasailing in the Virgin Islands with billionaire businessman Richard Branson as NBC News showed, but that does not count.
Yet, when President-elect Joe Biden needed his help, President Obama came on down to help his former VP bring a win on in. He must have enjoyed his bad-cop role with Donald Trump after taking the high road all those years.
It feels so good to have Biden and his people standing guard at the nation’s door to protect us against all that is bad, and President Obama coming out to support the man who supported him all those years in the White House.
Obama wanted to speak to us Americans as patriots while he stood with Biden in the bitter war against the coronavirus:
‘Let’s all do our part this Thanksgiving to keep people safe and healthy. Celebrate virtually, if you can. Wear a mask. And as always, listen to the experts. The choices you make could save lives.’
Twitter world lit up over President Obama’s tweet. Check out these favorites of ours below:
Thank you for continuing your message of inclusion, teamwork, and positivity! ❤️❤️❤️ pic.twitter.com/pS3FapSTsk
