There is no meaningful evidence of systematic, outcome-altering fraud in the recent presidential election, period. The Department of Homeland Security, local election officials of both major parties from around the country, and even Attorney General Bill Barr have all confirmed as much — but neither Donald Trump nor some of his top allies have seemed at all deterred in their belligerent quest to prove that the election was “rigged” against Trump. Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis have helmed the president’s so-called legal team, and on Friday, the two of them suffered embarrassing public meltdowns on Twitter.
On Thursday, at a so-called hearing covering supposed fraud in Georgia, Trump allies presented a video that they alleged showed unsupervised ballot-counting in Fulton County, Georgia. In reality, an observer from the office of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is visible in the footage. Trump allies also claim that the tape also shows workers moving ballots in so-called “suitcases” from under a table to elsewhere in the ballot-counting room… but where were the election workers supposed to store the ballots? On shelves in another room? In their cars? On the moon? Suggesting that footage showing election workers moving ballots from one place to another within the same room confirms fraud or “ballot-stuffing” or whatever else is just laughable. What do Trump’s allies think that election workers would be doing in ballot-counting rooms? Eating sandwiches?
Giuliani tweeted the following laughably unhinged message on Friday:
‘The Georgia middle of the night theft of thousands of votes changes everything. Watch it and Biden is not-elect anything. Looks like Biden Democrats doing a bank heist. In 5 states there are 800 sworn statements of eyewitnesses to Democrat cheating. States changing.’

States changing.

A video of people moving ballots from one place to another does not look like a bank heist! Rudy is ridiculous. No, states are not “changing” — the Trump team has not come remotely close to actually changing the election outcome in a single state, and the official electoral college vote is just around the corner. On Twitter, Giuliani insisted that the Georgia legislature “has no choice but to assume its powers under the US Constitution, article II (1) [2] and select Trump electors.” In other words, he wants officials to throw out the will of the people entirely, like an authoritarian fever dream.
The “Bank Heist tape changes the result in Georgia.
The State Legislature has no choice but to assume its powers under the US Constitution, article II (1) [2] and select Trump electors.
More important it seems th have the courage to do so.

Jenna Ellis also talked about the Georgia video on Friday. To be clear, this video shows people moving things from one place to another within a ballot-counting room… the end. It’s not fraud proof. Ellis insisted that “No honest person can look at the testimony from all of these witnesses across six states—how many laws were ignored and broken, and the video from Georgia—and conclude that we should just proceed as a nation with the false certified results.” Affidavits and testimony from people who simply don’t know what they’re talking about do not equal actual conclusive evidence of fraud. They just don’t.
It is never too late to do the right thing.#CountAllLegalVotes

How can YOU help protect election integrity?
Call your legislators in PA, AZ, MI, GA, WI, and NV.
They are the authority our Constitution designated to protect against corruption in presidential elections.
