In news of the election that will never end in Donald Trump’s mind, the Trump team has officially lost 51 cases and won one temporary slowdown of mail-in vote counts that have now been counted and added to Joe Biden’s unprecedented six million vote lead. One would think the Trump legal team would have given up by now, but donations to the legal fund are pouring in and landing right in Trump’s and his associates’ pockets.

Republicans argued in court that duplicate ballots, which are generated when the original ballot is damaged and unable to be tabulated by a machine, were fraudulent and counted twice. Despite a review of a sample number of ballots that showed a .37 percent error rate, Republicans continued to insist that the rate was actually .55 percent. The court determined that, no matter which of the two was correct, Trump still lost the election.
‘Although Appellant requested additional time and the opportunity to review additional ballots, Appellant offered no evidence to establish that the 1626-ballot sample was inadequate to demonstrate any fraud, if present. As the trial court noted, this review confirmed the witness testimony that there were mistakes in the duplication process, the mistakes were few, and when brought to the attention of election workers, they were fixed. Extrapolating this error rate to all 27,869 duplicate ballots in the county would result in a net increase of only 103 votes based on the 0.37% error rate or 153 votes using the 0.55% error rate, neither of which is sufficient to call the election results into question.’
Trump has lost Arizona multiple times now, just as he has in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. He’s lost the election, but he’ll continue to undermine American’s faith in democracy, doing Russia’s work for them, as long as the money keeps pouring in.
