While it’s unclear how long it will take Donald Trump to stop trying to undermine the democratic process, one thing is quite clear. Joe Biden won the state of Georgia as well as the election itself, as he’s done so several times since November 3.
🚨BREAKING: The Georgia Supreme Court unanimously DENIES Republican appeal of election contest defeat only hours after it was filed.

In yet another court case that the Trump legal team backed and funded, a judge ruled yet again that the election cannot be overturned and that Trump’s people still haven’t brought a viable case to court. In Georgia, a case filed against the Georgia secretary of state and members of the state election board was dismissed on Monday because the plaintiff was suing the wrong people, people with no control over who wins the election, and had waited too long to bring his case to court, anyway. Protesting election procedures as unconstitutional must be done when the procedures are put in place, not only once your candidate has lost.
The judge wrote that:
‘The Court, having reviewed the record in this matter and having considered the pending Motions to Dismiss by Defendants and Intervenors, respectively, the Memoranda of Law in support thereof, Plaintiff’s opposition thereto, and argument presented by all parties at a hearing before the Court on this day, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendants’ and Intervenor- Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss are GRANTED.’
Of course, that doesn’t mean Trump, or the lawyers who back him and are being paid well to bring ridiculous lawsuits to court for Trump, are finished trying. Trump will likely never admit he lost the 2020 election, especially not while supporters are still sending him money.
Twitter was happy to hear the good news that Biden won Georgia…again. Read some of their comments below:
