Donald Trump came riding in on his great black horse of doom, reared up, and offered the people $2,000. Unfortunately, it came after his people had already negotiated a pittance of $600 for Americans. Do rich people. believe that everyone else thinks $600 is a great deal of money? After waiting 10 months without work, sick, losing their homes, this is beyond cruel. Senate Leader Moscow Mitch McConnell (R-KY) did not want anyone but his wealthy donors and corporations to be gifted tax breaks. Of course, we want the $2,000, but really, Trump is not offering his bid out of kindness. No, it is something else.
POTUS is angry at Mitch Grim Reaper McConnell for declaring President-elect Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 election. He is mad that the Republicans refused to hand him the election, and this is his way of getting even and getting what he wants.
He will not veto the bill as he did the Military Spending bill with its meager raises for those who give all. Instead, he will sit on it. If he waits the 10 days he legally can, then there is a new Congress. That will send the bill back to ground zero.
If people think Trump is a lame duck without teeth, he intends to show all of them. He sent out a couple of videos. One shows how wonderful he is, and the other “shows” that the election was rigged.
But Americans are more powerful. We take back hope. We take back creative solutions to survive. And best of all, we give in a national community:
