Towards the end of January, outgoing President Donald Trump will leave office, no matter whether he’s willing to acknowledge the basic reality of his presidential election loss to President-elect Joe Biden. In the meantime, Trump has gone so far off into his nonsense that on Saturday he posted what sounded like campaign messaging on Twitter, seemingly trying to convince the American people that his time in office has been something other than a deadly failure. In reality, of course, hundreds of thousands of Americans have died of COVID-19 on Trump’s watch, a reality that he seems barely willing to even acknowledge.
Trump’s newest tweets included an all-caps proclamation of “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” which was, of course, one of the slogans for his failed attempt to win a second term in office. On Saturday, Trump also tweeted — among other messages — as follows:
‘For historical purposes remember, I was able to get rid of the INDIVIDUAL MANDATE, the most unpopular and expensive part of ObamaCare. You are no longer forced to pay a fortune for the “privilege” of NOT getting bad healthcare. This ended ObamaCare as we knew it. Thank you!’

Trump’s characterization of the phase-out of individual mandate-connected tax penalties as the end of “ObamaCare as we knew it” is false. Key features of that landmark healthcare law remain firmly in place, from Medicaid expansion in many states to the health insurance marketplace to the protections from punitive extra insurance charges for people with pre-existing conditions. In reality — especially considering his reference to “historical purposes” — Trump seems desperate to try and cement his historical legacy as somehow constructive for the American people. In other words, to the very end of his tenure, Trump is remaining obsessed with public image concerns.
Check out more of the president’s tweets, in which he also lauds his administration’s work to push transparency in healthcare pricing and touts plans to hold a rally in Georgia for the state’s two Republican Senate candidates, below:
TRANSPARENCY in medical pricing will be one of the biggest and most important things done for the American citizen. It was just put into service, January 1, against long odds and bitter opposition. Final lawsuits won last week. Enjoy all the extra money you will have!

Why haven’t they done signature verification in Fulton County, Georgia. Why haven’t they deducted all of the dead people who “voted”, illegals who voted, non Georgia residents who voted, and tens of thousands of others who voted illegally, from the final vote tally?

….Just a small portion of these votes give US a big and conclusive win in Georgia. Have they illegally destroyed ballots in Fulton County? After many weeks, we don’t yet even have a judge to hear this large scale voter fraud case. The only judge seems to be Stacey’s sister!

By a sizable margin, the nation rejected Donald Trump, plain and simple.
