3 Post-Presidency Lawsuits Against Trump Declared

Donald Trump, the suer king, and his siblings stole their dead brother’s children’s inheritance. There is no bottom to the depths of his depravity. However, it is doubtful that he ever considered one of those children would grow up and get her doctorate in psychology, write books about him, hit the airwaves, and sue him — three times. Paybacks are hell.

Roberta Kaplan represents Mary Trump and author E. Jean Caroll. She and is preparing three lawsuits for as soon as POTUS leaves office and transforms into a regular citizen with no superpowers.

Kaplan’s lawsuits are charging defamation and fraud against him, according to The Washington Post. Kaplan rose to prominence arguing the Edie Windsor lawsuit before the Supreme Court. As a result, the Court struck down the Defense of Marriage Act. As a consequence, same-sex marriage became legal.

Carroll accused him of defamation of character after he raped her in the dressing room of a women’s fine clothing store more than 20 years ago. He said that she was “totally lying.” Mary Trump accused her uncle and two aunts of cheating her out of millions of inheritance dollars.

Kaplan is also the attorney for people who participated in ACN. The marketing organization was advertised on Trump’s reality TV show The Celebrity Apprentice. The president and his three eldest children are all part of the lawsuit. The charge is that they claimed the organization was “a promising opportunity.”

Kaplan said:

‘Because of his prominence, he marketed his ability to convince unsophisticated, very poor Americans to invest.’

Oh yes, but there is more. The president is facing a civil investigation by the brilliant, powerful New York Attorney General Letitia (Tish) James. In addition, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. has a criminal investigation in progress.

Word has it that Trump will pardon himself, his kids, his cohorts, and anyone with $100,000 to trade for a pardon. Unfortunately for this president, even if the self-pardon is deemed legal, which is doubtful, pardon’s only cover federal crimes, not state crimes.

The one-day president intends to live in luxury, glamour, and adulation at his Florida resort Mar-a-Lago. Could be, the New York AG James will be standing at the bottom of the Air Force One’s stairs just waiting for him.

Kaplan of Kaplan, Heckler & Fink, LLC is a good legal choice for these women. The Washington Post describes her as a “brash and original strategist, with neither a gift for patience nor silence, a crusader for underdogs.” New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said in an email to The Hill:

‘[Kaplan] has been indispensable in the fight against the cancer of hate and division that Trump spent four years exacerbating.’

According to the Kaplan, Heckler & Fink, LLC website, she “has a deep-seated commitment to using the law to advance the public interest:”

‘public impact litigation has a central role in her practice. Since founding Kaplan Hecker & Fink, she has filed a lawsuit under the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 against twenty-four neo-Nazi and white supremacist leaders responsible for organizing the racial- and religious-based violence in Charlottesville in August 2017; successfully challenged the City of Starkville’s refusal to allow a LGBT Pride Parade.’
