She looks like the single mother of three children, but under that deceptive exterior lies a warrior woman. Watch her in action.
Not only did Porter graduated from Yale University and Harvard Law School, she has taught law at the University of California, Irvine, William S. Boyd School of Law, and University of Iowa. She is the Deputy Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
When a big oil executive appeared in a House hearing, Porter nailed his condescending behind to the wall:

She explained how he underestimated and condescended to her:
