Giuliani Has Crazed Meltdown Over FBI Raid During Live Fox Appearance

Former federal attorneys have called Donald Trump’s former personal attorney/ fixer “crazy.” Another said that if Rudy Giuliani told him it was Thursday, he would get out his calendar. The FBI raided his home and office seeking electronic devices Thursday. Then of course, he appeared on Fox News giving people the opportunity to decide for themselves whether the former New York mayor was “crazy,” a liar, or both.

Giuliani had ranted on his own radio show before appearing with Tucker Carlson Thursday to “give his side of the story.” He ricochetted all over the place, blaming President Joe Biden’s only surviving son, Hunter Biden. The raid was, he said, illegal. After all, they could have pulled his date “from the iCloud.”

He explained that seven FBI agents banged on his door at 6:00 in the morning, according to Fox News:

‘[There was] a big bang, bang, bang on the door. [The search warrant was] for electronics…seven or eight electronic items of mine.’

The former Trump attorney exclaimed he had offered this evidence to investigators and to talk with them “for two years.” But they did not want Hunter Biden’s hard drives:

‘I said, well, don’t you want these? And they said, “what are they?” I said, those are Hunter Biden’s hard drives. And they said “no, no, no.”’

He said he kept trying to give them these hard drives, but they refused even though he claimed this warrant read to take “all electronics.”

Then, Giuliani stood up his conversation and twisted it claiming he did not get why the FBI believed him. He added that the evidence they had taken would prove him innocent:

‘They also were completely content to rely on my word that these were Hunter Biden’s hard drives. I mean, they could have been Donald Trump’s. They could have been Vladimir Putin’s. They could have been anybody’s.’

‘But they relied on me, the man who had to be raided in the morning, because — I’m going to destroy the evidence? I’ve known this for two years, Tucker, I could have destroyed the evidence. The evidence is exculpatory. It proves the president and I and all of us are innocent. They are the ones who are committing — it’s like projection. They are committing the crimes.’

Working himself up into a wild rant about Hunter Biden, he claimed that the feds should have been looking into President Biden’s son. Then, he went off on the federal agents:

‘[They] smash[ed] on my doors in a frightening way. [L]uckily, I do not get frightened very easily.’

He then claimed that:

‘[The warrant is] completely illegal. [T]he only way you can get a search warrant is if you can show that there is some evidence that the person is going to destroy the evidence. Or is going to run away with the evidence. Well, I’ve had it for two years and I haven’t destroyed it.’

After that, the ex-mayor jabbed his thumb up toward the sky:

‘And they also got it from the iCloud! So, there was no — there was no justification for that warrant. It is an illegal, unconstitutional warrant. One of many that this “department of injustice” tragically has done, and it breaks my heart because I belonged to the Justice Department, and I think I had a record that is a hell of a lot better than theirs.’
