New Subpoena In Trump Criminal Investigation Issued By Prosecutor

Donald Trump’s trick is to tie a piece of used chewing gum to a length of string and hang on to the other end of it. Then, as a stranger, friend, or associate walks by, he unerringly tosses the gum into that person’s pocket and lifts out a dollar bill. Okay, maybe not that. But if he even smells a dollar, our ex is at work trying to figure out how to con its owner out of it. No wonder he did not have time to run the country or manage the pandemic.

The Wall Street Journal sources said that Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School had been subpoenaed by prosecutors in the Manhattan District Attorney’s (DA) Cyrus Vance, Jr.’s office. Now, why would they do that?

Trump comes from a long line of con artists. His grandfather ran to the United States rather than serve in the German military. Then, he provided food and women for men of the Gold Rush in his “hotel.” The ex-POTUS’ father was a slum lord, taking the most from those with the least. The orange did not fall far from the orange tree.

The Trump Organization has been paying for its CFO Allen Weisselberg’s grandchildren to go to a high-end private school. Prosecutors are hard at work attempting to flip him. The CFO has been with the company since the time when the ex’s father was still alive. And he is highly loyal to Donald Trump. It must be a tough choice: his grandchildren or Trump.

Prosecutors are seeking information about the family finances and irregularities in both Trump’s and his company’s financial records. It would be wise for Wesselberg to cooperate, but he may not.

His son’s ex-wife and mother of the children told The Insider:

‘Trump would include school tuition in the compensation package for her former husband, Barry Weisselberg. She is a cooperating witness in investigations from both the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and the New York Attorney General’s office. Prosecutors could be examining whether the tuition arrangement allowed Barry or Allen Weisselberg to avoid paying taxes.’

Jennifer Weisselberg said that Trump or Allen Weisselberg paid over half a million dollars in tuition for her children. However, none of her records from her time with the son showed the payments:

‘The subpoenas for the elite Upper West Side school will allow prosecutors to obtain copies of the transactions for tuition payments, which could tell them whether they came from Trump, Allen Weisselberg, Barry Weisselberg, the Trump Organization, or some other source.’

She added:

‘They want you to do crimes and not talk about it and don’t leave.’

The same prosecutors from the Manhattan DA’s office already went to the Supreme Court to obtain thousands of Trump’s financial records, including tax returns. They also subpoenaed Allen Weisselbergs bank records while they were at it.

Former Trump personal attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen used to sit on the Upper West Side’s elite schoolboard. He was the one who got Jennifer Weisselberg’s children into Columbia Prep. He also managed to get Weisselberg’s grandchildren from his other son into the school, too.

The Trumps used their Trump Family Foundation as a piggy bank and lost it for that same reason. It donated $150,000 to the school from 2014 through 2016. It should come as no surprise that Donald Trump’s youngest of three sons also went there.

New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office is also investigating Trump’s and the Trump Organization’s finances. It appears that Manhattan DA Vance will retire in December, so it behooves him to wrap the case up before then. It is unlikely that he would want to pass the baton to another DA.
