Terrified Trump Goes Berserk Over Bill Barr Exposing His Incompetence

It is a strange world of funhouse mirrors. The territory is rife with eggshells just waiting to be crushed. Take one misstep, tell one truth, and Donald Trump will never forgive a person. No, instead he uses that error and nurses it with the fertilizer of victimization. He carefully runs it around in his mind to gain rage-level indignation, and that individual becomes an enemy to be dealt with, to eradicate. After years of walking securely in Trump World, former Attorney General (AG) William Barr took one wrong turn.

The ex-president told the Big Lie over and over, mesmerizing his followers into believing his words instead of his actions, that the Democrats had stolen the 2020 election from him. Perhaps, he believed his lie, too. AG Barr put a crack in his fantasy and that was it. Trump turned a cold, dead eye on him. In his upcoming book, Betrayal, ABC News Correspondent Jonathan Karl spoke to Barr. The AG called the Big Lie “bullshit,” Karl wrote in his book published by  PenguinRandomHousee.com. Trump said:

‘Bill Barr was a disappointment in every sense of the word. Besides which, Barr, who was Attorney General (lawyer) shouldn’t be speaking about the President.’

‘Instead of doing his job, he did the opposite and told people within the Justice Department not to investigate the election. Just like he did with the Mueller report and the cover up of Crooked Hillary and RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA, they don’t want to investigate the real facts. Bill Barr’s weakness helped facilitate the cover up of the Crime of the Century, the Rigged 2020 Presidential Election!’

Trump released a long statement over the weekend, attacking Barr, calling him “RINO” who “really let down the American people.” The ex-president whined about how Barr mishandled the 2020 election. He said that his AG had not investigated the last days of the 2020 campaign, President Barack Obama, or President Joe Biden’s son properly, according to The Atlantic magazine:

‘Now it was revealed that Barr was being pushed to tell lies about the election by Mitch McConnell, another beauty, who was worried about damaging the Republicans chances in the Georgia runoff.’

‘What really damaged the Senate Republicans was allowing their races to be rigged and stolen, and worse, the American people to no longer believe their vote matters because spineless RINOs like Bill Barr and Mitch McConnell did nothing.’

In Karl’s book, Barr gave a description of his downward spiraling relationship with Trump:

‘If there was evidence of fraud, I had no motive to suppress it. But my suspicion all the way along was that there was nothing there. It was all bullshit.’

Trump pointed toward suspicious votes in Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and other swing states. But Republican state officials in Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, among others did not find any untoward activity to change the election. Sixty lawsuits were dismissed.

Trump used Barr’s own words in his resignation letter against him. Trying to retain some of his former dignity, the AG said that he was “greatly honored” to work with 45. He continued with the fawning that had worked in the past, but it no longer lit the way for him:

‘[Barr wrote about] the many successes and unprecedented achievements you have delivered for the American people. Your record is all the more historic because you accomplished it in the face of relentless implacable resistance.’
