He ordered the military to shoot members of the peaceful Black Lives Matter protesters. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, the nation’s highest-ranking military officer, blew up and shouted “No!” Then Donald Trump ordered the military to just shoot them in the leg, but not kill them. Milley looked around the room and told the attorneys to tell Trump that he could not obey. They did. Trump also had no problem with killing journalists.
The Washington Post correspondent Jamal Khashoggi was dismembered on the orders of Trump’s friend Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, inheritor of the kingdom’s throne. Every rally, the ex-president pointed to the press and called them enemies. No wonder the January 6 insurrectionists went after this photographer.
The Washington Post reported that Sandra Weyer was just charged with obstructing Congress, trespassing, disruptive conduct, and attempting to interrupt the certification of the 2020 presidential election. The FBI arrested the Pennsylvania woman caught on camera urging others to attack The New York Times photographer who was filming the failed coup.
The FBI discovered her inside of the Capitol by means of the social media photos she posted, which matched footage of the attack.
The Washington Post included photographer Erin Schaff’s written account of the mob’s attack in the New York Times. They knocked her down and broke her camera. Then, the rioters demanded to know who her employer was.
The FBI analyzed a video where Wyer appeared shouting at the photographer “traitor!” Then, the insurrectionist egged on others to “mace her!” A second video caught her telling the photographer:
‘[You’re] anti-Trump, let’s put it that way, that’s why they removed her.’
The judge’s remarks were severe, but then he just slapped one Indiana woman’s hands. He ordered her to pay a $500 fine, perform 40 hours of community service, and serve three years of probation. That was not a good look for what might come.
The FBI continued to seek the remaining 300 of the 800 attackers for the failed coup.
