Donald Trump ‘the litigation king’ hit the political wall after he and his minions smeared a man working in the outskirts of Philadelphia. The ex-president has been used to running over people left and right without a backward glance. Well, James Savage said no.
The voting machine warehouse supervisor showed the ugly aftermath of what happened after Trump attacked him. This poor excuse for a human who just happened to be the 45th president screamed into action after the 2020 election. All because he refused to accept the raw truth. He was a loser and has continued to be a loser.
Savage was responsible for maintaining the warehouse where voting machines were stored. After Trump launched his campaign of lies, the man received threats and as a result of that stress had two heart attacks.
The lawsuit sought monetary damages and a jury trial based upon charges of “defamation and civil conspiracy.” It also included the ex’s former personal attorney Rudy Giuliani and another of his attorneys, Jenna Ellis, according to The Politico. Savage’s attorney J. Conor Corcoran said:
‘Simply put, Mr. Savage’s physical safety, and his reputation, were acceptable collateral damage for the wicked intentions of the Defendants herein executed during their lubricious attempt to question the legitimacy of President Joseph Biden’s win in Pennsylvania.’
Savage’s job as the only Chief Custodian/Voting Machine Warehouse Supervisor was entirely responsible for the voting machines under his care.
Granted the defendants did not usually call Savage out by his name. But that did not matter. And this is why, The Politico reported:
‘Although the Defendants mostly referred to Mr. Savage by his job title, the Voting Machine Warehouse Supervisor, anyone who heard or saw these defamatory statements or insinuations would have known that they were referring to Mr. position in Delaware County.’
A headline in The New York Magazine Intelligencer noted that:
‘Rudy Giuliani Is (Probably) Screwed Former prosecutors say he is in an excruciating legal predicament — and could very well flip.’
The lawsuit read:
‘It was obvious there was only one person who was being accused of election fraud by all of the Defendants herein.’
It continued, saying that as the warehouse supervisor, Savage “managed the storage, security, programming, testing, and delivery of all voting equipment in Delaware County:”
‘As is well known by poll watchers and election officials, this position did not vest the Plaintiff with any ability to conduct vote tabulation whatsoever.’
But two Republican poll watchers, Greg Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes, claimed Savage illegally uploaded votes into the machine:
‘[They] lodged their claims against Savage, claiming they witnessed him uploading USB cards to the voting machines in his custody, which altered the tabulation by 50,000 votes.’
Stenstrom told Fox’s Sean Hannity:
‘I personally witnessed … that happen 24 times, over 24 times. We have multiple other witnesses who saw it, including Democrat poll watchers.’
Savage’s attorney said:
‘All Defendants herein knew that such fraud was impossible.’
