Trump & Giuliani Hit With Defamation Lawsuit From Election Worker

The inner circle of minions around Donald Trump fell on their swords for him. But instead of calling an ambulance, our ex-president just kicked their bodies to the curb and kept going.

Trump, Giuliani, and others accused a Pennsylvania election worker of fixing the 2020 election for President Joe Biden. As a result, James Savage has sued both the ex and his platoon of miscreants, because the lies were vicious, knowingly untrue, and dangerous.

As a result of those lies, the Philadelphia voting machine warehouse supervisor received numerous death threats. Worse, he suffered two heart attacks. After all, being blamed for the loss of a presidential election was no small thing. Savage was also distressed that his “character has been assassinated on a national level.”

Three of the Trump squad included the ex, Giuliani, and another attorney/conspiracy theorist Jenna Ellis all lied about the vote count and supposed interference. Savage’s lawsuit read that “The plaintiff did nothing of the sort, according to NBC News:”

‘Despite knowing the impossibility of such claims and/or insinuations,” Trump, his surrogates and followers “spread, reposted, and disseminated these outrageously defamatory claims and/or insinuations against Mr. Savage, subjecting him to threats of physical violence, and causing Plaintiff to suffer .. two heart attacks.’

The suit continued:

‘Simply put, Mr. Savage’s physical safety, and his reputation, were acceptable collateral damage for the wicked intentions of the Defendants herein.’

This lawsuit was first reported by Law360, which indicated that the lies about the Delaware County election official began shortly after the 2020 presidential election. This even though President Biden beat Trump by a whopping 80,000 votes.

A couple of poll watchers first claimed that Savage had changed the vote count using USB cards. Then, the Trump trio picked up the lie. Once they began, that was the beginning of the attack on the warehouse supervisor:

‘As a result of the Defendants’ knowingly false statements, Mr. Savage and his family have been the target of threats and intimidation, including at his place of work and/or his home.’

‘Indeed, less than a week before Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building in Washington D.C. on January 6, 2021, the plaintiff was accosted at his work by two men without credentials asserting that they wanted to search his work and were there on behalf of ‘the voters.’

The defamation lawsuit claimed “severe emotional, physical and/or psychological harm:”

‘Plaintiff rightfully feared and continues to fear for the safety of himself and his family,” says the court filing, which seeks damages in excess of $50,000 for defamation and “severe emotional, physical and/or psychological harm.’

The litigant sought $50,000 in damages.
