One of the courageous January 6 Committee members, Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), tweeted, pointing out the latest crooked lies originating from Donald Trump. In the ex-president’s latest message, Trump attacked President Joe Biden for not releasing some of the ex-president’s documents.
That’s right. The ex-president erroneously claimed that the Select Committee dropped a decent-sized chunk of their requested documents, because President Joe Biden did not want a big investigation into him and his surviving son, “Hunter in three years.”
The New York Times indicated that the Select Committee “agreed to delay or withdraw demands for hundreds of Trump White House records” at the sitting president’s request:
‘The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol has agreed to delay or withdraw demands for hundreds of Trump White House records at the request of the Biden administration, out of concern that releasing some of the documents could compromise national security.’
Wow, try to do something nice for the guy, and he turns it on its head and attacks like a rabid turtle:
‘[N]ot that there are any documents that would be incriminating or a problem for me.’
But watch out, Trump:
 ‘President Biden still rejects former President Donald J. Trump’s claim that all internal White House documents pertaining to the riot be withheld on the grounds of executive privilege.’
Kinzinger tweeted that truth “will be vindicated:”
‘As expected the lies continue. Not in any way true. The truth however will be vindicated by the findings of the @January6thCmte’
And those rumors about Kinzinger retiring, well, they are seriously misplaced:
