Pete Buttigieg Exposes Hypocrisy Of Trump & Fox’s Tucker Carlson After Wreck

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg just smacked down the profitable Fox Corporation talking head, Tucker Carlson. The Fox host portrays himself as a leader of the common man and woman, but the “journalist” is a hypocrite.

Secretary Buttigieg uncovered Carlson’s similarity to the first Bush president, who faced infamous criticism he was supposedly out of touch with everyday folks. Buttigieg characterized Carlson and others in the host’s rhetorical corner as essentially impostors with elite upbringings.

Buttigieg came down on Carlson where it might hurt the most: finances. President Joe Biden nominated the former presidential candidate to the Cabinet as the youngest Secretary of Transportation. “It’s really rich to see some of these folks – the former president, these Fox hosts – who are literally lifelong card-carrying members of the East Coast elite, whose top economic policy priority has always been tax cuts for the wealthy, and who wouldn’t know their way around a T.J. Maxx if their life depended on it, to be presenting themselves as if they genuinely care about the forgotten middle of the country,” Buttigieg remarked to CNN. “You think Tucker Carlson knows the difference between a T.J. Maxx and a Kohl’s?”

Carlson’s grandparents have been identified as having put his father in an orphanage called The Home for Little Wanderers. In spite of that, the father made enough of a name for himself, although Carlson’s mother evidently later left the eventual talking head when he was just six, and Carlson’s father kept raising him. In 1979, Carlson’s father married the well-connected Patricia Caroline Swanson, who — as her last name suggests — was an heiress to the food company of the same name.

Tucker Carlson’s father — evidencing the host’s widespread connections — helped lead the government media outlet known as Voice of America, besides high-ranking roles in the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, diplomacy, and lobbying. Carlson’s dad has also had wide-ranging property holdings, from Nevada to Maine and Nova Scotia. Buttigieg’s parents were college professors before the eventual Transportation Secretary served as mayor of an Indiana city, later running for president and getting his current government role.

Carlson’s education involved a series of boarding schools. Much later, Carlson tried to join the CIA, but he was denied.

Buttigieg’s remarks shot Carlson right out of his pompous seat. Stay tuned for more action as the Democrats hold the Fox employee accountable for his every action.
