Trump Marks Memorial Day By Bellowing Online About So-Called ‘Human Scum’

This Monday, which was Memorial Day, former President Donald Trump marked the occasion with another harshly antagonistic message complaining this time about so-called “human scum.”

“Happy Memorial Day to All, including the Human Scum that is working so hard to destroy our Once Great Country, & to the Radical Left, Trump Hating Federal Judge in New York that presided over, get this, TWO separate trials, that awarded a woman, who I never met before (a quick handshake at a celebrity event, 25 years ago, doesn’t count!), 91 MILLION DOLLARS for “DEFAMATION,”” he said, in part. Trump was referring to the outcomes so far of litigation from writer E. Jean Carroll accusing him of defamation and sexual assault. The defamation allegations stemmed from Trump’s antagonistic responses to her story.

In the post, Trump also misrepresented the nature of a jury’s handling of a civil allegation tracing to Carroll of rape, which he called a “charge” that he said was “dropped,” though the claim wasn’t criminal in nature. In fact, the jury hesitated at simply the legal definition in overhanging law for rape, still finding that Trump perpetrated sexual misconduct. And presiding Judge Lewis Kaplan indicated that the conclusions against Trump mirrored, in substance, the core of a “rape” allegation.

“It has been determined already that Mr. Trump did sexually assault Ms. Carroll, that he knew when he made the statements about Ms. Carroll that the statements were false, that he made them with reckless disregard to whether they were true or false,” Kaplan reportedly stated earlier this calendar year.

Moving on, Trump also complained about the judge in his civil fraud case from New York state Attorney General Letitia James and the judge in his nearly concluded criminal trial in New York City on allegations of falsifying business records.
