Porn Star’s Attorney Responds To Trump’s Childish Twitter Attack Like A Total Badass

-

Donald Trump thought that he could beat Stormy Daniels’ attorney in a Twitter match of the giants. He was so wrong. Michael Avenatti smeared him like a grease spot under a car.

The president said that attorneys across the United States are “deflated and concerned” in an early morning tweet:

‘Attorney Client privilege is now a thing of the past. I have many (too many!) lawyers and they are probably wondering when their offices, and even homes, are going to be raided with everything, including their phones and computers, taken. All lawyers are deflated and concerned!’

The commander-in-chief must have been talking about some other attorney, because Avenatti doesn’t seem concerned at all. The adult entertainment star and director, whose stage name is Stormy Daniels (her real name is Stephanie Clifford) has found a pit bull attorney. He tweeted right back that “NOBODY is above the law:”

‘To be clear – I am not “deflated and concerned”.  I am “elated and hopeful”.  The events of the last week reinstill the belief that NOBODY is above the law and the attorney-client privilege cannot be used by those in power to hide criminal conduct. #basta

The difference between Clifford’s attorney and 45 is that the president has always operated on emotion, which is irrational. On the other hand, Avenatti has been fact-based through-and-through.

At this time, the Avenatti case remains separate from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s case. However, that may soon change. The special counsel interviewed Clifford, but so far, no one has leaked what he learned.

In addition, Mueller raided Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen’s, office and temporary residence. The self-described fixer gave Clifford $130,000 and a non-disclosure contract.

Avenatti pointed out in his brief tweet that anytime an attorney becomes involved in criminal activity, that person loses his or her right to attorney privilege.
