Businessman Mark Cuban RIPS Trump After Debate: He ‘Couldn’t Directly Answer A Single Question’

Prominent businessman Mark Cuban, who is known in part for his participation in the ABC television program “Shark Tank,” is standing by President Joe Biden after a widely watched debate this week in Georgia where the incumbent faced accusations of a weak performance.

Biden, advanced in age as he is, has made no indications of stepping back from the race and went from the debate to a rally in North Carolina very soon afterwards where some observers argued the president came across a lot better.

“His performance was awful,” Cuban said, referring to Biden. “But so was Trump’s. Biden was feeble. Trump couldn’t directly answer a single question and lied with every response. The question is what features voters believe make a better POTUS: Feeble, Capable and Ethical vs Vigorous, Unethical and Incapable of telling the truth. I’ll vote ethical every time.” Cuban also argued that the former president’s “non answers about J6 and election acceptance should scare every American about his interest in upholding his oath to the constitution.”

Trump was, in fact, pressed during the debate about whether he would accept the results of the forthcoming presidential election, which obviously became a major sticking point after the last presidential race, with Trump facing extensive accusations of responsibility for the violent attack at the U.S. Capitol of January 6, 2021. That disrupted — but did not stop — the process of Congress certifying the then-recent presidential election’s results, meaning Biden’s electoral college victory.

Asked by moderator Dana Bash whether he’d accept the 2024 election results no matter the winner, Trump said: “If it’s a fair and legal and good election – absolutely. I would have much rather accepted these but the fraud and everything else was ridiculous that if you want, we’ll have a news conference on it in a week or we’ll have another one of these on – in a week.” Trump’s claims of systematic fraud in the last presidential race remain contradicted by the real-world evidence at hand.
