Jesse Watters apparently loves his job at Fox News. More accurately, he loves the women he has met while he was at work. He met his wife at work, but then he started a second relationship with a different woman, and that has caused a real problem for a network with a history filled with sexual abuse.

Watters, 39, met his wife when she was working in the advertising and promotions department at Fox News. She hosted the show iMag Style, and they married in 2009. They have twin daughters, and after the girls were born, Noelle Watters did not return to the network, The New York Daily Post reported.

Still, Watters brought their marriage to his show. It seems, he was stunned when his wife told him that she voted for President Barack Obama in 2012. She was joking.

Recently, the host volunteered that he was having an affair with a co-worker,, Emma DiGiovine, after his wife filed for divorce. A spokesperson for Fox News said:

‘Within 24 hours of Jesse Watters voluntarily reporting to the Chief of Human Resources in November 2017 that he was in a consensual relationship with a woman on his staff, management met with both parties and a decision was made for the woman to be transferred to work on another program on the network where she currently remains.’

Professor of television and pop culture at Syracuse University, Robert Thompson, told the NY Daily News:

‘Watters really is a boast that while they’re changing that workplace culture they are certainly not backing away from that attitude. This is a story about a creepy guy who behaved in creepy ways — which shouldn’t surprise us because that’s how he presents himself.’

Watters started working for Fox News in 2001. He was a shooting star, moving to O’Reilly’s show by 2003. He labeled single women voters “Beyoncé voters” in a take-off on her hit, Single Ladies:

‘They depend on government because they’re not depending on their husbands. They need things like contraception, health care and they love to talk about equal pay.’

Fox’s star later apologized.

Watters World went weekly last year. Yet, he got in trouble with his comment about Ivanka Trump:

‘I really liked how she was speaking into that microphone. During the break we were commenting on Ivanka’s voice and how it was low and steady and resonates like a smooth jazz radio DJ. This was in no way a joke about anything else.’

Unfortunately, he followed that comment with a vulgar gesture. Watters said that he had not intended to be offensive, but then, he went on a vacation.

In his November 2014 segment, Outnumbered, the New York Daily News reported that Watters said:

‘She got me good…The rule of thumb for guys is you can be a crazy tea party right-wing conservative, but if the girl is Communist and she’s hot, you’re in. I mean, it doesn’t matter, as long as she’s hot.’

A source of the NY Daily News said the networks’ transfer of DiGiovine to Ingraham’s show was the way to go:

‘To me, that’s better than the coverups when Ailes and O’Reilly were around.’
