E. Jean Carroll has a presence every bit as strong as that of Trump. He allegedly raped her in a downtown fine department store changing room decades ago. Yet, she will not give up her fight to hold him accountable. She is not the first nor the last victim, but she is the most tenacious.

Attorney General (AG) Merrick Garland inherited this case from former AG William Barr. On Wedneday, Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan rejected former AG Barr’s Department of Justice’s attempts to make Carroll the defendant and Trump the victim. Carroll v. United States. They wanted to stop proceedings but after today that will not be happening, according to The Law & Crime.

AG Garland’s attorneys had told the Second Circuit on June 7, according to CNN:

‘Then-President Trump’s response to Ms. Carroll’s serious allegations of sexual assault included statements that questioned her credibility in terms that were crude and disrespectful. But this case does not concern whether Mr. Trump’s response was appropriate. Nor does it turn on the truthfulness of Ms. Carroll’s allegations.’

The basic argument was is a president immune from actions while in office? Trump’s argument was:

‘She’s not my type.’

But beneath it all, if Trump is a psychotic narcissist, he has two worlds. The grandiose world is where he sees himself as a billionaire, a beloved leader, and a president. The characteristics include attention-seeking, grandiosity, a lack of empathy, interpersonal distress, aggression, and vindictiveness, according to a study, Conceptions of Narcissism and the DSM-5 Pathological Personality Traits in the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Medical Libary.

When he lost his 2020 bid for president this world, stoked by a herd of sycophants, that world clashed with his other loser world. There he is vulnerable and a victim with monsters hiding under his bed. Since he cannot reconcile the two worlds, that is when his psychotic narcissism, his rage breaks fully loose. It happened on November 7, 2020. It led up to January 6 and lasted and lasted and lasted. His vindictiveness is endless.

So now, is Donald Trump dangerous to E. Jean Carroll? Then, we must also ask how dangerous is he to us, to America?
