As a domestic terrorist continues wreaking havoc by targeting Democratic lawmakers, media outlets, and celebrities who have dared speak out against the president, New York City is sending in the National Guard.
Out of an abundance of caution, I am deploying additional National Guard soldiers and directing State law enforcement to double security at vital transportation assets across New York.

Local New York City news station and NBC affiliate, WPIX 11, reports that:
‘Soldiers from the National Guard are being deployed and state law enforcement will be doubled at vital transportation assets across New York in the wake of several bomb incidents, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday.
‘The increased security is “out of an abundance of caution,” he said. Devices were found at the Manhattan building that houses CNN and at the New York compound of liberal billionaire George Soros. A pipe bomb was also sent to the New York home of Hillary and Bill Clinton.

NYPD Commissioner James O’ Neill said other cautionary measures have also been taken.
‘We’ve seen this before, we’ve seen worse and we will not be intimidated.’

The pipe bombs have now been sent to both Presidents Clinton and Obama, George Soros, Eric Holder, CNN, Robert DeNiro, and others. All targets so far have been connected with the Democratic party and/or anti-Trump sentiments.
Many are blaming the violent and divisive rhetoric of Donald Trump for the incidents.
