After the country waited to see what ridiculous adjectives Donald Trump would have a doctor offer to describe his “astonishingly good health,” and his “superior genes,” Trump’s doctor declared him in “very good health,” a small downgrade from Admiral Dr. Ronny Jackson, who announced with a straight face that Trump might live to be 200 years old.

The downgrade is a small distinction. Dr. Sean Conley announced following the physical that Trump is in good shape for his age. The New York Post wrote that:
‘“I am happy to announce the President of the United States is in very good health and I anticipate he will remain so for the duration of his Presidency, and beyond,” Conley wrote afterward.’
‘He did not go into detail except to say Trump did not undergo any procedures requiring sedation or anesthesia. He said reports and recommendations stemming from the exam were still being finalized. It’s unclear how much more detail will be released in the coming days.’

Those as-yet-unreleased details could tell a slightly different story. In 2018, Jackson had declared Trump to be some kind of superhuman on camera, but was more candid with reporters behind the scenes.
‘The one thing that stands out more than anything to me is his cardiac health.’
Trump physician says his health has declined from “excellent” in 2018 to just “very good” in 2019, but still expects he should probably survive at least a few more years. https://t.co/SxdaZso04Z

Reports around Trump’s health have always been hazy. During the presidential campaigns, while Trump and his spokespeople cast endless doubt on Hillary Clinton’s health, Trump had a doctor sign a pre-written letter declaring Trump to soon be “the healthiest president ever elected to office.” Not only is that demonstrably false, but Trump was also never elected by anyone except the electoral college.
"Astonishingly excellent health," though. ?? https://t.co/dAqiWLcF6q
