Today in Dallas at one of his big “I’m president and you’re not” hate rallies, Trump put on a show for his cult followers that might have topped all that came before this. It was a ridiculous display from the start, and it just got worse and worse as the time dragged on. We won’t bore you with all the details, but you can read about it all here.
Meanwhile, as Trump was tooting his own horn in front of a pretty sad crowd, considering all of the empty seats, one Trump supporter was getting arrested for — get this — going to the rally carrying a loaded weapon and wearing full body armor. (Insert eye roll here).
According to CBSDFW:
‘Dallas police arrested an armed adult man wearing body armor at President Donald Trump’s Keep America Great rally Thursday night.
‘Around 6:30 p.m., police assigned to the rally at the American Airlines Center were made aware of a man wearing body armor.
‘When officers located the individual, they saw the man was also armed.
‘During their preliminary investigation, the man revealed he had a license to carry the weapon. However, he was still taken into custody and transported to an area hospital for evaluation.
‘There were no reported injuries during this incident.’
We’re not sure what this “stable genius” was overcompensating for, but needless to say, he’s lucky his epic display of “manliness” didn’t get him killed.
