Donald Trump trying to tear through the top virologist in the US government and world-renowned Dr. Anthony Fauci’s reputation. He is bombing the relationship between many people and their private physicians. All this as the COVID-19 pandemic rolls across the nation fueled by innocent Americans’ lives. So what does POTUS do? He demands that we offer up our children in the Petri dishes that are schools for his campaign. Of course, kids cannot catch coronavirus — or can they? President Barack Obama had a warning for us.
A full 31 percent of all Florida children under the age of 18-years-old have tested positive for coronavirus, and not all of them are asymptomatic. Some of them are dying terrible deaths. The average number for adult cases is 11 percent, according to Fox News. Palm Beach County’s Health Department Director Dr. Alina Alson warned about the lifelong damage — to their little bodies even with only a “mild illness:”
President Obama displayed a graph for a “quick look” at how the US is doing in comparison to other countries. This week the US has a total of 950 for each million residents. Mexico comes in at a distant third place with 225 per million the next closest to our nation, but far beneath America. Europe barely rises about the bottom of the graph, and Canada is even lower both with fewer than 100 per million. Only Brazil is doing worse than America with 1,250 per million. Our 44th president tweeted:
‘Here’s a quick look at how our response stacks up with countries around the world:’
In another more in-depth graph from Obama’s reference in The New York Times, we can see detailed results. Sweden decided to remain as if everything was just the same as it was before the pandemic struck. Another country with a much smaller population than the US had 700 per million residences Russia is also much smaller than the US population with 350 per million.
Then, President Obama added a second tweet reminding us that the coronavirus does not respond to the commander-in-chief’s “spin or ideology.” Thanks, Obama:
‘The latest data offers a tragic reminder that the virus doesn’t care about spin or ideology––and that the best thing we can do for our economy is to deal with our public health crisis.’
Palm Beach County’s health department director Dr. Alina Alonso warned about the potential long-term health consequences for children who catch COVID-19. She said the virus could cause lifelong damage, say to their lungs, even for children with mild illnesses, according to The Sun-Sentinel:
‘They are seeing there is damage to the lungs in these asymptomatic children. … We don’t know how that is going to manifest a year from now or two years from now. Is that child going to have chronic pulmonary problems or not?’
Twitter world lit up when they saw President Obama’s tweets. Check out how happy they wore to see him again:
