He wanted to use heat ray guns on Americans peacefully protesting in front of the White House. In Donald Trump’s world, he will not only get even with the people he considers his enemies. He will destroy them. The man considers peaceful protesters his enemies, and in spite of ethical and safety worries, the president of these United States wanted to use a “heat ray” gun on them. His cruelty streak runs rampant.

The Active Denial System aka “heat ray gun” is “brutally painful.” The military has invited reporters to see its effect on them. The Sunday Telegraph reporter Philip Sherwell wrote in 2007 that the pain was “intolerable.” Others described the pain to being “exposed to a blast furnace,” according to The Washington Post:

‘It felt as if I had opened a furnace with my face too close and been hit by a wall of scorching heat.’

When Trump was a teenager, he would hold a younger neighborhood boy out a second-floor window and enjoy listening to the kid screaming for entertainment. Now, POTUS has a nearly-infinite display of weapons and police-related people at his disposal.

The Lincoln Project just released its latest “Planning for War” video. The ad is chilling:

‘They were planning for war.’

The commander-in-chief also wanted to use the heat ray gun on people seeking asylum along the nation’s southern border. This summer he wanted to try it out on protesters. That alarmed civil rights advocates concerned about ethical and safety issues, “who point out that there’s a reason American soldiers have never used these weapons.”

An attorney representing Major Adam DeMarco, the Washington National Guard whistleblower, David Laufman said:

‘There is nothing ‘routine’ about inquiring about the availability of a heat ray to use against American citizens exercising their first amendment rights.’

Spokesperson for the Air Force Research Laboratory in New Mexico Rich Garcia said:

‘It’s the kind of pain you would feel if you were being burned. It’s just not intense enough to cause any damage.’

The way it works is by pushing energy through a magnetic field to create heat (gyrotron). But unlike its microwave oven cousin:

‘[T]he weapon generates millimeter waves that only penetrate 1/64th of an inch into the skin — enough, in theory, to hurt like crazy without leaving burns.’

Twitter world went crazy after the last Lincoln Project released its latest ad. Check out some of our favorite ones below:
