Donald Trump has paid dearly for his one-night-stand with an adult entertainer “Stormy” Daniels. The previous POTUS is as jumpy as a cat on a hot tin roof, now that the case involving 45’s hush money payment is rearing its tawdry head. According to the entertainer, that night Trump told the woman that she reminded him of his daughter.
And the more Trump posts messages about the case, the more he condemns himself. The ex-president actually admitted to the crime even as he wrongly wrote that the Statute of Limitations had expired.
Trump claimed that he had trusted his attorney, Michael Cohen’s judgment. In fact, the attorney went to prison for his part in the former White House resident’s fiasco. In the Stormy Daniels case, Trump blamed his former attorney when he wrote:
‘With respect to the “Stormy” Nonsense it is VERY OLD & happened a long time ago, long past the publicly known & accepted deadline. past the Limit of Statutes. I placed full Reliance on the JUDGMENT & ADVICE of COUNCIL who I had every reason to believe had a license to practice law, was competent, & was able to appropriately provide services. He came from a good law firm, represented other clients over the years, & there was NO reason not to rely on him, and I did.’
Mueller, She Wrote posted on Twitter that Trump admitted he had committed the crime, a clear expression of how nervous the former president was over this case:
‘This is the part where Donald confesses he made an illegal in-kind contribution to his campaign. Also, the statute of limitations has not expired.’
Cohen has been meeting with Manhattan’s DA, according to CNN:
‘(Cohen) met Tuesday with the Manhattan district attorney’s office, the clearest sign that prosecutors are zeroing in on the Trump Organization’s involvement in hush-money payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels.’
