Delusional Trump Puts Mar-a-Lago Among The Highest-Valued Spots ANYWHERE

Former President Donald Trump is not taking well to the recent ruling from New York Judge Arthur Engoron that set up hundreds of millions of dollars worth of penalties after a largely successful fraud case brought by New York state Attorney General Letitia James. James had alleged that Trump and others targeted by the case benefited financially for years from misrepresentations of the value of key assets.

On Truth Social, which is Trump’s knock-off social media platform, he insisted on Monday that his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida is worth as much as $1.8 billion, which would place the property among the highest-valued in the world. There is no clear evidence for this extreme claim.

“MY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS WERE UNDERSTATED, NOT OVERSTATED! THAT IS WHY THE CROOKED, HAND PICKED JUDGE, SAID THAT MAR-a-LAGO, IN PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, WAS ONLY WORTH $18,000,000, WHEN IT IS WORTH 50 TO 100 TIMES THAT AMOUNT. OTHER PROPERTIES ALSO! THEY DIDN’T EVEN INCLUDE “BRAND VALUE,” KNOWN AND ACCEPTED TO BE WORTH MANY BILLIONS OF DOLLARS,” Trump posted, again using all caps.

Trump also called James a “slob,” which doesn’t exactly project the stability that Trump and his supporters claim would be so much better suited for the White House than Joe Biden’s approach. And Trump also alleged “close coordination” between James and the White House, something for which there’s again — you guessed it — no evidence. Late that same day, Trump accused Engoron of fraud for going with a valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million and said Engoron and others — including Biden, who is not involved in the case — should face investigations.

Also on Truth Social recently, Trump used the death in detention of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny to attack… the United States. “The sudden death of Alexei Navalny has made me more and more aware of what is happening in our Country,” he claimed. In the message, Trump did not mention Russian leader Vladimir Putin, under whose leadership Navalny was put into detention.
