President Donald Trump lives in a self-imposed delusion. This Tuesday morning, he rushed to Twitter to self-confidently and pompously speak about the supposed bias of the media, but the entire premise of what he said was delusionally incorrect. There’s no secret conspiracy on the part of the media to make the president and his allies look bad. If he doesn’t want them to report about the nonsense that he and his team say and do, then maybe they should re-evaluate their behavior!
Trump tweeted:
‘Would be so great if the Media would get the word out to the people in a “fair and balanced” way. We will win anyway, but they are a far more difficult adversary than their Radical Left Do Nothing Democrat Partner!’

That’s just staggeringly, condescendingly delusional. He refuses to even acknowledge the thousands of lies that he’s told while in office. It’s laughable for him to act as though he’s in any sort of position to credibly lecture anyone about fairness or integrity or any related concept. He’s not. It’s all rubbish. He has literally lied thousands of times while in office — and sometimes, these lies have major ramifications, like his recent completely false claim that the U.S. has the lowest Coronavirus fatality rate in the world. It definitely does not. As of early Tuesday, approximately four percent or so of Americans who’ve been confirmed to have contracted the virus have died, according to one tally.
Here is a fair and balanced report..
Trump said we wouldn't have COVID cases, we did.
Trump said it would just go away. It didn't.
Trump demanded everything reopen. Many places did. COVID cases increases dramatically and more people are dying. https://t.co/J0kFNSVEPo

Indeed — Trump’s delusional insistence on seeing a villain behind just about every negative news story has consequences. He and his team could have, for example, developed some kind of effective, comprehensive plan for combating the Coronavirus. Instead, he tweeted.
The "do nothing Democrats" have passed 400 bills that #MoscowMitch refuses to bring to the Senate floor. Sounds more like the do nothing repubicans https://t.co/IZnajzMyuV pic.twitter.com/eMBk5lKha0
