Trump Attacks Lindsey Graham On Twitter For Disagreeing With Him About ISIS

Donald Trump just decided on his own to pull the military out of Syria. A commentator compared pulling out now to firefighters working on putting out a huge wildfire until it was contained to just embers — then, leaving. Now, POTUS has new tweets filled full of gifts for Russia.

Syria is the flash point of the mideast. With Trump giving away Syria, the U.S. would have to go to Russia’s president Vladimir Putin for permission to act. Trump tweeted:

‘So hard to believe that Lindsey Graham would be against saving soldier lives & billions of $$$. Why are we fighting for our enemy, Syria, by staying & killing ISIS for them, Russia, Iran & other locals? Time to focus on our Country & bring our youth back home where they belong!’

‘Congress just passed the Criminal Justice Reform Bill known as the #FirstStepAct. Congratulations! This is a great bi-partisan achievement for everybody. When both parties work together we can keep our Country safer. A wonderful thing for the U.S.A.!!’

Of course, Trump had to pat himself on his back for the passage of the Criminal Justice Reform Bill. This was an excellent improvement on the criminal justice system, which contains way too many people. Not only that, people have been unfairly punished for their crimes. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner was heavily involved in the project.

In Trump’s tweets, the president said that “both parties work together” makes “our Country (sic) safer.” That was ironic given that the president unilaterally decided to pull out American troops in Syria.

Then, Trump came down on Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) for disagreeing with him over the military pullout. Never mind that Graham is a retired  U.S. Air Force Reserve colonel. Then again, Trump says he knows more than all of his generals.
