America is caught in the grasp of Sharpiegate. The president took out his trusty Sharpie pen and modified a national weather report. Not surprisingly, that is a crime, but it gets much worse.
Donald Trump memes have sprung all over the internet. There was the much-improved Sharpie crowd, Greenland turned to USA, and POTUS with a six-pack playing golf. The trouble was that he insisted in his version of reality regarding the nation’s geography. He placed Alabama in the pathway of Hurricane Dorian. The worse alternative might be a window into his mental health.
Perhaps, Weatherman Donald would find it easier to move Alabama from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic side of the country via Executive Order. He tweeted:
‘In the early days of the hurricane, when it was predicted that Dorian would go through Miami or West Palm Beach, even before it reached the Bahamas, certain models strongly suggested that Alabama & Georgia would be hit as it made its way through Florida & to the Gulf….’
Then, he tried to convince people that Alabama “would have been hit or grazed” — again:
‘….Instead it turned North and went up the coast, where it continues now. In the one model through Florida, the Great State of Alabama would have been hit or grazed. In the path it took, no. Read my FULL FEMA statement. What I said was accurate! All Fake News in order to demean!‘
The president tried to make his case once more:
‘This was the originally projected path of the Hurricane in its early stages. As you can see, almost all models predicted it to go through Florida also hitting Georgia and Alabama. I accept the Fake News apologies!’
Then, the memorial Trump wall rose back to the surface again:
‘President Trump Border Update 500 Miles of Wall Complete by Close of 2020 Irregular Migration Reduced by 50%’

Back to being weatherman president:
‘7 AM EDT Tropical Cyclone Update for Hurricane #Dorian: Tropical Storm Conditions Occurring Along Portions of the South Carolina Coast. ‘
Does POTUS get overtime for his second job? He tweeted:
‘7 AM EDT Tropical Cyclone Update for Hurricane #Dorian: Tropical Storm Conditions Occurring Along Portions of the South Carolina Coast.‘

Surely, he did not believe this was how presidents monitored natural disasters. Trump tweeted:
‘Beyond Hurricane #Dorian and TS #Gabrielle, we’re monitoring 3 other disturbances with a low chance of becoming tropical cyclones during the next 2 days. A disturbance over the far eastern Atlantic has a medium chance of development during the next 5 days.’
