Dan Bongino, a host on Fox News until his show ended in April of this year, recently was forcibly removed by staff from a restaurant in southern Florida. That’s according to a report in POLITICO. The restaurant was Cucina Palm Beach, which, as its moniker suggests, is in Palm Beach, near Trump’s area resort Mar-a-Lago.

The restaurant didn’t comment on whatever it is that happened, according to POLITICO’s Playbook report. Bongino did provide remarks, and he made it sound like he was being defensive after claimed violence against women… or something. “Does Politico support physical violence against women? You’ll have to tune in to my podcast on Monday for the real story,” he told a journalist. He didn’t respond to an additional question asking for details on how what he said related to whatever went down at the establishment. Daniel Lippman was the journalist speaking with Bongino, who outside of his time helming a Fox show is extremely prominent in the conservative media ecosystem and — as probably wouldn’t even need to be said — an avid supporter of former President Trump.

POLITICO had a photo of Bongino being physically removed. This incident actually isn’t the first recent circumstance involving someone from that corner of politics and a perceptibly embarrassing happening at a southern Florida restaurant. Donald Trump himself was recently in the area for early proceedings in his new federal criminal case in which he’s alleged to have willfully retained sensitive government docs. He visited a well-known restaurant known as Versailles and appeared to promise food for all his fans who’d gathered… and then he left, apparently without actually paying for anything for anybody.

A report to that effect came from a publication called the Miami New Times. The establishment where Trump made that quick exit is in an area of Miami known for Cuban culture. Trump, of course, has somewhat of a reputation as a cheapskate. There’s also recently been reporting about Trump’s fundraising apparently going in part towards an arm of his political operation that’s covered legal expenses of his.
