New media reporting says that Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City-turned-close ally to former President Donald Trump, is facing a federal tax lien that covers a Florida property of his in connection to more than half a million dollars in federal income taxes left unpaid.

The specific amount is $549,435.26. The nature of the lien evidently doesn’t demand some kind of liquidation of the target’s assets — meaning Giuliani’s Florida condo, but the arrangement sets up the federal government to recoup some of what’s owed should alternatives fall through. “Mayor Giuliani, through his accountant, has a formal agreement with the IRS to pay off the liability,” Ted Goodman, a Giuliani associate, claimed to CNN. The county property appraiser pins the affected property’s value at just over $3 million. Giuliani originally purchased the property with a former wife of his, but he took full ownership after they divorced.

Giuliani’s mounting financial obligations have been well documented at this point, and Trump even recently hosted a fundraiser to benefit the former mayor, which cost $100,000 a person to attend. For Giuliani, though, much more might be needed. He was sued by a law firm that formerly provided him with legal representation, claiming over $1.3 million in unpaid legal fees, and he’s also been sued by a former employee, who alleges unpaid wages and sexual harassment. He lost a defamation lawsuit filed by ex-election workers in Georgia and is heading to trial only on the question of how much he’ll have to pay in financial damages after he falsely accused the plaintiffs — Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss — of involvement in imaginary election fraud.

They faced threats to their safety and lives stemming from the lies. The costs that’ll be slapped on Giuliani in those proceedings could also reach the millions.

Mike Lindell of MyPillow, who is also known as an ally to ex-President Trump, is also in financial trouble — but claims he’s prepared for even the liquidation of his company as he pursues his aims. Steve Bannon asked Lindell in a broadcasted interview whether he was prepared to move forward even if MyPillow faced dissolution. “We don’t have a country if we don’t win this, everybody,” Lindell replied, seemingly agreeing. “So, you know what, my employees — everybody understands that, and they’re counting on you and the War Room posse, and you guys have come through, and all of the products are MyPillow 2.0 — it’s been amazing the last three days, with the pouring out of support.”
